Gym? check
Weight Watchers? check
Credit Card debt? check
Big trip to Detroit in June? check
More responsibility at work and hopefully more "moving up" for JP and I? double check

We have high hopes and great expectations for this year. 2012, bring it on.

Let us resolve more debt, start a savings account, and keep healthy, happy, clean, and organized.

There is so much to do on my mental list, I better get started!

here are some pics of jonathan's new mountain bike...we won't talk about the price....however it has put a smile on his face, and thats all that matters!
Side note: he slept next to the bike last night,in our room, on his side of the bed, then petted it when he woke up in the morning.

Joseph is getting into EVERYTHING these days...toliet paper, CD's...light bulbs...these are a few pic's to describe the mayham... then he SPOKE earlier this week! he said HI :) Enjoy!

We had a lovely party with Christy, Ryan, Noah, Gracie, Pete and Trevor...along with our mom, dad, brother, and Porzondek family via webcam! It was aunt Pam and Uncle Tom's suprise 30th wedding anniversary in Detroit...so Joseph was with his WHOLLLEEE family!! We enjoyed cake, and presents...Joseph, Trevor and Noah especially loved the new muscial instrument set...they had a big jam session with Jonathan...its on video, and SOOO cute. Joseph ate one bite of his cake, and realized there were more important things to accomplish...so no cake shots with frosting all over his face! He was a very neat eater...and mostly enjoyed ripping the wrapping paper. Enjoy!

Joseph's 1st Halloween!!!

We enjoyed dressing Joseph up as a Cuddly Monkey! Nona, Papa, Uncle Brian, Dad, me and Baby Joseph went trick or treating in Alton Park in Denver. We went to 6 houses, and saw all sorts of cute costumes! Nona and Joseph carved a pumpkin, and we roasted the seeds. We are preparing the castle for Joseph's birthday party on November 1st!!!

Fall Farm Day!

Joseph, Jonathan and I enjoyed a day at Terri's farm in Parker, Colorado. Terri and her partner Kaylee raise and breed Alpacas (I work with Terri). Alpacas are sort of a cross between a llamma and a sheep. They have very soft fur, and Joseph enjoyed looking at them. Jonathan and I enjoyed petting them.
We saw a baby alpaca that was only 24 hours old! He was very cute! We tried out the hiking backback from Gracie...and it worked great! We enjoyed a picnic lunch with some other kids...Macy, Ian, and Max, their parents...Stacy & Matt, Mary, Amiee and Sarah (gals' mostly from work). It was a beautiful day on colorado today!

Night out on the town!!!

Jonathan and I got a babysitter for a night out on the town! Brianna watched Joseph from 5:45pm-10:15pm, and did wonderful! Jonathan and I went to Izakaya for exquiste sushi and tasty Sakitini's. Then, off to Hansons Tavern for Regin's 30th birthday soiree. We enjoyed a few drinks with the gals and guys from work at UCH, and headed home. We discovered a new neighborhood of Denver with lots of cute shops and restaurants.

Pumpkin Patch!

It was a beautiful fall day in Colorado, so we decided our October activity with the Peltons would be to pick pumpkins!! The boys are having a good time, going down the hay slide, the tractor ride, petting the goats, and of course, picking the best pumpkin! Noah is walking now, and Joseph crawls pretty fast to keep up! It was good to see our friends, and we look forward to seeing Noah, Ryan, Christy, and Baby X again in November for Joseph's birthday party.

Festival Italiano 2008, Ciao!!!!

Saturday, September 20, 2008 This is our last weekend hanging out with Jenn before she goes back to Michigan. :( Today we went to Festival Italiano in Lakewood, CO for the 2nd year running. This year, we brought Jenn along to discover the world of "Degos." She didn't know A. what that word meant, and B. what a canoli was....so needless to say, it was an adventorous trip for her! She didn't like the canoli...which was very very sad. I thourghly enjoyed my meatball sandwich from the delicious restaurant in Denver, Nona's Bistro. soooo good. I also had a slice of pizza, and lemon + strawbery gelato. All in all, the food was excellent, the men walking around with flags in tights were nice to look at, and the old men playing in the bocce ball tournament were especially cute. After dodging strollers and watching Joseph sleep in the stroller, it was time to depart. It was hot, and I had too much Italian beer...(Birra Moretti...very tasty!) Have a fabulous saturday everyone!
